Our journey began in Aligarh, a city with deep cultural roots and a strong connection to the land, its people and wholesome food. Growing up, we saw the value of pure, home-made ghee in our families — not just as food, but as a way of life.
With 24 KARAT, we set out to bring that same purity and goodness to more homes, while supporting local farmers and reviving traditional methods.

Our Approach
From Farm to Your Home
We work directly with trusted local farmers who raise healthy A2 Murrah buffaloes. The milk is collected fresh, turned into curd overnight and then hand-churned using the traditional Bilona method to separate butter, which is slowly cooked in brass kadhai to create pure, aromatic ghee.
